Policies & Notes:

• $100 deposit is due upon booking
• The remaining balance is due the day of the trip
• All fishing trips are private, meaning that when you book a trip, your party will be the only one on the boat.
• Due to elevated gas prices, a fuel surcharge may be applied to the total price of the trip.
• Deposits for cancellations are nonrefundable.
  The deposit amount is required at booking and the balance is due the day of the trip.
• There is a 2 week cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of departure day and time, the customer will be billed the remaining balance of the cost of the charter plus add-ons.
• Canceling due to inclement weather is up to the Captain’s discretion. In the event of a cancellation, Capt. Shawn will work with you to reschedule your trip for another date.
